Preamble

By validating their order, the Customer declares that they accept without reservation the terms of said order as well as all of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Purpose of the Service

TAXI PARISIEN is a transport service (hereinafter "the Service") which allows you to order, immediately or at a later date, an economy or luxury car with a private driver via our website. Journeys are made without stops from a departure address A to a destination address B, with the exception of the Hourly Hire service for which only the departure address is required.

Access to the Service

The Customer wishing to use the Service orders a vehicle by telephone at 0176440623 or via our website 24/7 by providing their name, departure address and destination, telephone number and possibly their email address.

Prices and Payment Methods

The rates for accessing the TAXI PARISIEN service are specified in the online booking form. Current rates can be viewed at any time on our website.

All transport services are payable in cash upon completion, except for customers with a service subscription. Payment is to be made to the driver.

• Tolls, parking fees and meals are the responsibility of the passengers.
• Luggage is accepted within the limits of the vehicle's trunk capacity and remains under the customer's care.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, checks, bank cards (Visa, MasterCard…).

Any claim must be submitted within 7 days of the completion of the transport service.

Services and Liability

TAXI PARISIEN is committed to doing everything necessary to get the passenger to their destination as quickly as possible and in optimal safety conditions. The company complies with the regulations of the Highway Code.

TAXI PARISIEN is guaranteed by a reputable and solvent insurance company that covers the risks associated with its business in accordance with applicable legislation.

Passengers are covered for bodily injury, property damage and intangible losses they may suffer as a result of a traffic accident, from getting into the vehicle until getting out, except for damage caused by their own fault.

Waiting Time Billing

Applicable Law

This contract is governed by French law. In the event of any dispute concerning the application or interpretation of this contract, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, all disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Paris.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are expressly agreed to and accepted by the Client, who declares and acknowledges having full knowledge thereof, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document.
